In the spring of 2012, Peugeot will launch its new model in the ?B? (Supermini) segment. The new car will be available in two distinct body styles; 3- and 5-door.

Service Advisors
We currently have opportunities for Service Reception Advisors to join our dealer group. Busseys is a successful family-run Main Dealership and our customers are at the heart of all that we do. It is therefore our aim to make each one completely satisfied with the service that they receive whenever they visit us.
The Key Aspects of this Role will be:
- To offer a courteous and professional service to our Aftersales customers in order to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
- To identify their requirements, arrange bookings, and provide expert advice and guidance on their vehicle's needs.
- To control the flow of the workshop through allocation of jobs, prioritising work, and progress chasing throughout the day.
- To collect payment in line with company procedures.
The Person we are looking for will:
- Have previous experience in a customer facing role (preference will be given to those with motor industry experience, but this is not essential)
- Be committed to providing exceptional customer services
- Have excellent communication, administration, organisation and computer skills)
- Be interested in cars (although this is less important than a quality focus)s
- Have a flexible approach to covering for holidays at our other branches.
In return, you will:
- Work within a small team at one of our modern well established sites.
- Have robust training and support facilities available both in-house and at the Henry Ford College at Daventry
- Be required to work 42.5 hours Monday to Friday between our normal opening hours of 8am to 6.00pm and alternate Saturdays mornings
- Be interested in cars (although this is less important than a quality focus)s
- Receive a competitive salary, 22 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays), and employee discounts on products and services.

Sales Executives
We currently have opportunities for Sales Executives who would like to join the Busseys group.
Working at one of our modern well established sites, you will be involved in selling both new and used vehicles from our extensive product ranges together with complementary add-0n products, such as finance, insurance, paint protection, etc.
And with robust in-house and manufacturer training and support facilities, you will be able to maximise the earnings potential available to you.
Previous experience in a similar role within a franchise environment will be very valuable, but we will also consider applicants who have complementary motor industry backgrounds and/or proven retail sales experience.
Most of our sites are open seven days a week so you must be prepared to work across the week on a rota system. In addition, you must have a full driving licence with no more than 3pts
All of our sales positions enjoy a base salary, commission, and company car with fuel allowance.

Technician Apprentice Scholarship
Ford has recently announced a scholarship programme for Apprentice Technicians, and Busseys are pleased to have been allocated one of these vacancies.
To be considered for this scholarship, you must be 16 or 17, have a minimum of 2 Grade C GCSEs in English and Maths and have a genuine interest in becoming a qualified motor vehicle technicians.
The Scholarship will be for an 18 month period during which you will work at our busy Whiffler Road Car Service Department, and attend training at Ford's technical college in Daventry (these are residential training courses and you must be prepared to travel and stay away from home).

Vehicle Valeter/Driver, Whiffler Road, Norwich
A vehicle valeter is required at our Whiffler Road, Norwich site. You will be based in our Used Car department where you will be responsible for:
- providing a comprehensive, efficient and high standard valeting/cleaning service to the used car department
- carrying out some regular cleaning duties for the new car departrment.
- maintaining the used car forecourt to a high standard, which will include general cleaning of the sited
- moving company vehicles both on and off company premises
To be successful, you will:
- be reliable, with previous work experience in a valeting role
- have a desire to produce high quality work at all times
- hold a full driving licence (with no more than 3 penalty points)
- have good communication skills
This is a full time position (40 hrs per week) at a rate of pay of £6.08 per hour.
Normal working hours will be 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Fridays. There may be a need for occasional Saturday working for which time off in lieu will be given.

The second phase of Busseys? tree planting initiative took place on March 1st at Austin's Wood near South Walsham. Over 400 trees were planted in the 7.5acre site, which will eventually become community woodland.
