Is home installation included?
This offer covers the hardware cost of the smart charger unit itself. Standard installation is not included, allowing you the flexibility to choose a licensed electrician of your choice.

Is electricity or charging credit included?
No, electricity costs are not included. However, smart chargers allow you to schedule your vehicle to charge during your energy provider’s lowest off-peak rate hours to keep running costs down.

Which BYD models qualify for this promotion?
All new, unregistered BYD vehicles purchased through our Norwich or Fakenham dealerships qualify during the promotional period.

BYD Free Home Charger Offer — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Busseys BYD Free Home Charger Offer (“the Offer”) is available to retail and small‑business customers purchasing a new BYD electric and DMi plug-in Hybrid vehicles from Busseys BYD in the United Kingdom, excluding vehicles purchased using Personal Contract Hire, Lease purchase or Motability Scheme vehicles
• Eligible vehicles include 100% electric BYD models and DMi Plug‑in hybrid vehicles.
• Vehicle orders must be placed between 1st August 2026 and 31st December 2026.

2. Offer Details

• Eligible customers will receive one free Busseys BYD‑approved home charger excluding the cost of installation.

3. Conditions of Acceptance

• The free charger is conditional upon completion of the purchase of an eligible BYD electric vehicle.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• Busseys BYD is not liable for:
  • Installer delays
  • Property modifications required for installation
  • Energy tariffs, charging costs, or third‑party subscription fees
• Images, specifications, and descriptions used in marketing materials may differ from final products.

5. Geographic Exclusions

• The Offer is available in Great Britain only.

6. Warranty & Support

• The charger is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to installer terms.
• Busseys BYD does not provide warranty coverage for third‑party charging hardware or installation workmanship.

8. General

• The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
