The legendary RS badge has been fitted to some rather special cars over the years. It all started in 1970 with the Ford Escort RS1600. The Sierra RS Cosworth with its distinctive ‘Whale Tail’ spoiler and of course the Escort RS Cosworth.
The story of the Focus RS starts in 2002 with the Mk1 Ford Focus being the first Ford car to wear the RS badge in 6 years after the end of the Escort RS Cosworth. The Mk2 Focus RS best known for its lairy green paint job and rally car style body kit was the last RS released, until now.
