Showrooms closed for sales related inquiries
In line with the new Government guidelines, our showrooms will be closed for all sales related inquiries. Our Aftersales departments will remain open in order to keep the county mobile with secure measures in place which are detailed below.
However, you are still able to purchase a vehicle from us via our new appointment form where we can offer you consultations via phone or video chat and can offer a safe collection of your new vehicle.

- As always you can visit our website to see all of our new and used vehicles and our latest offers. All with detailed specifications, pictures and video reviews
- You can make contact with us via the website, social media or email for more information or to start your sales enquiry
- We can then have ongoing discussions via live chat, social media, telephone or MS Team video – whatever suits you best
- We will facilitate part exchange valuations with no human contact
Sales Appointment Bookings
Booking an appointment with a member of our sales team allows us to ensure your purchasing experience runs seamlessly. Our Sales Executives will be with you every step of the way whether it be via phone, email or a virtual appointment via video chat. Used vehicle peace of mind.
We want to make sure that you purchase the right vehicle for your needs. Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown restrictions our sales showrooms are closed and we are not legally allowed to offer test drives. To provide you with the total confidence you would normally have when buying from Busseys, we are now offering you 7 days or 500 miles of driving to reassure yourself that you have chosen the right vehicle. If, in the unlikely event that during the first seven days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) you decide that your chosen vehicle is not the one for you, you can return it to us for exchange or full refund.*
Don’t forget that all our used cars are professionally safety and quality checked, have a service and MOT as required and in line with manufacturer recommendations, and come to you with a recognised warranty.

The purchase vehicle being returned to Busseys within 7 days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) of the original handover date and invoiced mileage. The returning vehicle being in the same condition as supplied by us, with no damage cosmetically or mechanically to any part of the vehicle. Upon an exchange or refund Busseys reserve the right to take a £200 security deposit or withhold a £200 refund of deposit paid, pending the return of the V5 registration document for the vehicle.

Continuing to keep the county mobile
We are continuing to keep the county mobile as well as continuing to offer a service that minimises risk to our customers and colleagues.
This includes a ‘No Touch’ process if you visit us, or a full collection and delivery service.

All Service Departments will be opening from 8.00 – 17.30 Monday – Friday and Saturdays 8.00-12.00.

Keeping you safe
We would like to reassure you that all of our staff in a customer facing areas will still be wearing a face mask or a visor for your safety.
We will still be asking all customers entering our showrooms to wear a face covering. Complimentary face masks will be available at all of our dealerships should you arrive without one.

We are adhering to the 2m Social Distancing guidelines across our Dealerships.
Many areas of our Dealerships are fitted with protective screens and our staff have Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe. We also ask that you wear a face covering when you visit our Dealerships, in accordance with government guidelines.
We follow an extensive checklist to ensure your serviced vehicle is sanitised. Our Dealerships and our Dealership vehicles are also being regularly sanitised.
We are offering a range of virtual services including online demonstrations and no-touch demonstrations in our dealerships.
We are offering unaccompanied test drives in our sanitised vehicles.
