If you like the outdoor life then get along to the Aylsham Show on Monday where Busseys will be showing an ideal vehicle for living life to the full in the great outdoors.
The smart-looking, high-spec Ford Terrier Campervan, based on the legendary Ford Transit, will be quite at home in the country when it joins other Fords and Peugeots on the family-run motor group’s stand at the show in the beautiful parkland setting of the National Trust’s Blickling Park estate with fine views over the lake and towards the hall.
The high-specification Ford Terrier Campervan, priced from £42,000, is made by Wellhouse Leisure, recognised by Ford Motor Company as a professional camper converter, and based on the passenger-carrying short wheelbase Transit Custom Kombi.
With a 2.2-litre diesel engine, the two-berth campervan, which offers an optional roof bed when fitted with an elevating roof only, gives the freedom of the road for weekend breaks and holidays.
Busseys is taking a total of eight vehicles to the show with the other Fords being the hugely-popular Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus and Ford Kuga which, with its extra ground clearance and availability of on-demand four-wheel drive for tricky driving conditions, is also suited to life in the country.
From the Peugeot franchise we will have the 2008 and 3008 crossovers, 308 and Partner van on display.
The annual show, of which Busseys is a long-standing supporter, comes at a time its dealerships around the county are set for a busy September which sees the launch of the new 65 registration plate.
