All-New Focus ST Estate. Set for a Summer release
Following the release of the All-New Focus ST earlier on this year, Ford have released images and a few details surrounding the New Focus ST Estate.
The Estate is very similar performance wise to the conventional hatch with two engine choices; a 2.3-litre turbocharged four-cylinder turbo engine which puts out 276bhp and 310lb ft of torque or a 2.0-litre diesel engine which puts out 187bhp. The petrol engine is available with a choice of six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic gearboxes and the diesel engine is manual only. As standard with the ST hatch the ST Estate also rides 10mm lower than the rest of the Focus range.
The real changes come in the shape of a 608-litre boot space and some subtle changes at the rear of the vehicle. Round the back, the subtle changes can be seen in the larger rear spoiler and the two large tailpipes on either side of a mock diffuser. Set to go on sale this Summer, it’s definitely a vehicle you won’t want to miss out on.Register Interest
