Showroom Host/Receptionist (Part-time) – Hall Road, Norwich

Customers are at the heart of all we do and we are looking for someone who will maintain and deliver our high standards of customer satisfaction, whilst providing a courteous and efficient customer service.

Our showroom hosts have a positive and friendly approach to meeting and greeting all customers entering the showroom, along with covering the main switchboard.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy reception team in Norwich.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To provide an efficient and engaging greeting to all customers both on the phone and in person
  • To qualify customer needs and manage the direction of customers within the showroom environment providing courteous and friendly customer service at all times
  • To operate the group’s switchboard efficiently directing calls in a prompt and timely fashion
  • To provide effective administrative assistance to the sales and aftersales teams

This is a part-time position working Monday to Friday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is essential.
