Senior Sales Manager

The opportunity has arisen at Busseys Peugeot for a talented and successful sales manager who is looking for the next step in their career.

Busseys are one of Norfolk’s most successful family businesses, employing over 240 people throughout the county.
This is an exciting new role, sitting above the Sales Manager and the sales team selling new and used vehicles into a territory covering a significant proportion of Norfolk.

The position requires the intelligence, insight and organisational skills to evaluate and deploy manufacturer programs aligned with product supply, vehicle purchasing, disposal and display together with the management, motivational and coaching skills to develop a young an enthusiastic group into a consistently high performing team.

Success will be measured in terms of sustained sales performance, customer satisfaction and a demonstrably stable, successful team which is actively engaged with Busseys culture, systems and processes.

The successful candidate will be motivated by the achievement of exceptional end to end customer service whilst maximising the performance and profitability of the department. Support mechanisms and all the information needed to help manage will be provided as well as ongoing training and coaching.
