Sales Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Sales Administration team and work for an award winning family business.

The Sales Administration team is at the core of our sales operation and works closely with every department across the group to ensure we exceed each and every customer’s expectations.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, be computer literate and have a background in administration.

Key Tasks

  • Compile and keep up to date information on all stock records
  • Complete all relevant documentation for taxing new and used vehicles
  • Liaising with sales and aftersales departments across the group to ensure timely vehicle handovers
  • Maintain an accurate filing system
  • General ad-hoc reporting
