Trainee Sales Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Sales Administration team as a trainee and work for an award-winning family business.

The Sales Administration team is at the core of our sales operation and works closely with every department across the group to ensure we exceed each and every customer’s expectations.

The ideal candidate will be keen to learn and develop their career in a fast-moving administration environment, have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills and be able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Tasks

  • Compile and keep up to date information on all stock records
  • Complete all relevant documentation for taxing new and used vehicles
  • Liaising with sales and aftersales departments across the group to ensure timely vehicle handovers
  • General ad-hoc duties such as scanning, copying and filing.
