Bookings Advisor

Our friendly team of Bookings Advisors are key to the relationships we have with our customers and to the success of our business.

Your main responsibility will be to drive work into our service departments and will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Dealing with enquiries from various sources
  • Advising customers of additional work
  • Ensuring the database is updated correctly
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Providing cover for reception and main switchboard when required

We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are ready to bring their skills and experience to our busy Bookings Team at Whiffler Road in Norwich.

The successful candidates will be organised, effective members of the team with a positive attitude. Excellent telephone manner, communication and administration skills are crucial to this role. Previous experience in a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
