Group Administrator – Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit a Group Administrator who would be based at our Norwich Fordstore.

Busseys are one of Norfolk’s most successful family businesses, employing over 240 people throughout the county.

This is a very important new role supporting the senior management team in delivering a step change in the business in terms of consistency, efficiency and excellence.

As well as providing a wide variety of administrative support directly to the senior team you would be responsible for coordinating a range of group activities including security, maintenance, health and safety, group meetings,  supplier contracts, human resources administration, selected purchasing and many other interesting and diverse areas.

The successful candidate will relish managing a busy workload with changing priorities, organising themselves and others, developing and maintaining efficient systems and processes, spotting problems before they occur and generally sorting things out and getting things done.

Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a challenging administrative role, good verbal and written communication skills and be confident with Windows Office products.
