Busseys has for several years successfully supported the Modern Apprentice Scheme across a range of disciplines in conjunction with Skillnet as the Training Provider. This has resulted in many young people achieving a nationally recognised qualification, which, in turn, has lead to permanent employment and a promising career with the Company. This has been achieved in a variety of roles, such as technician, parts advisor, customer service advisor, paintsprayer, administrator.

If you are interested in working within the motor industry, and are prepared to commit to a substantial programme of training (up to 4 years, depending on the discipline), then we would like to hear from you.

To be eligible for consideration, you must achieve a minimum of C Grade GCSE in English or Maths, and have a genuine interest in the industry. You must also be prepared to attend College (which may require travel and nights away from home).
