We are looking for part time telephone operators to make outbound calls to our customers confirming service and MOT bookings.  As well as a good telephone manner, you must be computer literate as you will need to access our Kerridge Dealer Management System (for which training will be give). 

In addition to this work, we will train you on our main switchboard/reception area, so that you can provide cover for breaks, holidays, sickness, etc.

We would expect each person to do approximately 10 hours per week with the actual days and times being flexible to suit each individual’s needs.
